The last bastion is ads/videos/viral content but I'm solving that (for my own niches ofc) this year.
I don't think I'll ever hire anyone for a role that is digital in any sense.
Maybe it will make things harder in the short term, but it will at the same time grow the management muscle that is the only thing left of which humans should still be in the loop for.
Even that will go, sure, but it will be the last, I think.

with codex, yeah sure you can run many in parallel, but their completion timings are so volatile AND long, so it's a double whammy when it comes to trying to "stay in the zone"
though as usual, the moment opus 4.5 speed is achieved on the gpt 5.2 (xhigh!) models, i'll be back on codex

don't believe anyone claiming the claude max 5x plan is enough this is like the third time i'm hitting my session limits not the end of the world but definitely doable, frequently 20x will still feel unlimited to even the heaviest users though
