i have never seen integration, acceptance, and dominance at such high levels as what Kalshi has done this year alone
exciting yet unnerving
@Kalshi
CNN partners with Kalshi to integrate prediction markets into its global newsroom. The first major news network to embrace Kalshi prediction markets. A new era of media is here.
the hardest part about creating new tools on the fly that help you with your main focus
is that your main focus can very quickly become making new tools
it almost feels like a new form of addiction. building things out, whatever you can imagine
dangerous slide
x has such a slop problem, i'm no longer sure how to find new interesting people to follow/keep up to date with
the only outreach that finds real people these days is youtube. never thought that would happen especially since you'd think youtube would have the bigger slop problem
What's going on this year that the internet has been down so many times? Surely it's a record or something.
wrong
just use it in place of your own current sota for about an hour https://t.co/kw3ee4mwsn
@JasonBotterill
The problem with RL now is that I need to look at 100 different benchmarks to know if a model is good. A lab can spend $20 million on cockbench and draw really good cocks, but that doesn’t mean it tops assbench. Spiky intelligence is real and it’s easy to get fooled.
Looks like trash
It's going to be so hard to beat Google's Banana Pro
@Angaisb_
New Image-gen model (Ghost-Pepper) on LMarena It looks a bit yellowish and the skin is too perfect, maybe it's from OpenAI? x.com/1littlecoder/s…
you think x was eventful
just wait until you see what happens in x+1
@ThinkWiselyMatt
you think 2025 was eventful just wait until you see what happens in 2026
MY DISCORD IS ALMOST UNLOCKED
i can't wait to see what's been cooking in there while I've been gone. i didn't want to peak with another account and risk increasing my "suspicious behavior" I got wrongfully locked for
don't use public wifi during a super typhoon i guess?...
regarding that receipt, imagine the slop that is about to take over places like reddit that live off of "haha look at this interesting thing that happened to me, my receipt came out to exactly 420 69 haha"
it's over
@deedydas
You can generate fake receipts, KYC or passports with Nano Banana Pro in just one prompt. Previous models didn’t have this level of fidelity. It even gets the math perfectly right. Obsolete systems using images as a verification method must be deprecated.
Locked out of Discord so I can't get back to anyone there, already put in a support ticket
We're almost fully operational again, all the brand new updates + Daily Vault<->SystemSculpt Plugin interoperability
+ my automated video editor is almost done!
it'll be worth the wait.
you can use gemini 3 everywhere except for within google products (waitlists and heavy limitations)
google does it again!
didn't @sama say they won't ever release a model only on x but not on y (in this case, only on chatgpt but not on API)?
so annoying tbh
This typhoon shit in the Philippines really fucked my scheduling of things. Almost back on track though
so with kimi k2 thinking there's literally 0 reason to use anything anthropic. we all understand that right?
This has never been more apparent to me than after using MiniMax M2 and GLM 4.6. China is RIGHT BEHIND our SOTA (Codex).
@nvidianewsroom
A statement from NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang.
It's really hard to tell who is better at programming. MiniMax M2 or GLM 4.6? It's really hard to tell. I'm power-using both and can't decide which one wins.
One thing I know for sure, I will never pay Anthropic another cent again.
OpenAI's Codex still wins in smarts though.
Once Dia gets Spaces going then I guess I’ll upgrade to Dia. But until then Atlas is my main browser.
uh guys why does @Zai_org GLM 4.6 feel better than Sonnet 4.5 inside of Claude Code
What did they do to make this model so good wtf
we just started boys
2025 has been just a warm-up 🫡

Such a missed opportunity to name them

🚨 Breaking News DesignArena 4 New Mystery Models >willow >cedar >birch >oak You can get this model superfast compared to Lmarena in designarena , link in comment and also these models are from big lab of USA , iykyk 😉
insane that greta thunberg looks like a 60-year-old 20-year-old
HOLY FUCK!
BIG! Big news.
@shashankgoyal95
We just added embeddings to OpenRouter! Still in beta as we test it out! Excited for you all to try it. Let us know if there are any models that you want us to host!

Universal and Udio have settled their copyright lawsuit. They are launching a new subscription based platform in 2026 which will be trained on licensed music. x.com/technollama/st…
FML for keeping around the $20 subscription, I could have had the max plan free for a month
@xeophon
thanks mr anthropic
I wouldn't care if Sonnet 4.5 was free
it is unusable in comparison to Codex 5 High
@Angaisb_
Claude 4.5 Opus? It'll surely be interesting but I don't know if it'll be better than GPT-5 I think Anthropic should focus on making Sonnet 4.5 cheaper to compete with GPT-5 x.com/btibor91/statu…
this is what you guys get for introducing me to wet claude
@__ghostfail
bro your claude is pregnant
ChatGPT is useful
Claude is useless
@anuatluru

this guy thinks this is what ai generated games will look like in...
*reads tweet again*
20 years.
he thinks it will look like this for the next 20 years.
@johnnythunde247
It's gonna be funny in ~20 years when the AI market bottoms out after people realize they don't practically care for playing shitty inconsistent games that are literally just a poormans rehash of every shooter from the 2010s with no depth or meaning... these people have no taste.… Less

this + the same new memory system (more than just memories, actually referencing past chats, in codex's case, past coding sessions)
@Angaisb_
I'd love to see an Atlas + Codex integration in the future, where Codex can use Agent in Atlas to test feature implementations or check how the website looks @thsottiaux this is probably hard to do but it would be great to take it into account :)
testing out openai’s atlas. basically chatgpt with its own browser. surprisingly clean setup.
codex cli is down
send help pls
suno v5 is agi for music, if you haven't tried it out yet
MCPs = slop
Cursor = slop
n8n = slop
go look at his 4th slop recommendation!
@IndraVahan
the guy who told you: - first to look into MCPs - first to look into cursor - first to look into n8n is now telling you to look into whop apps. just do it. x.com/IndraVahan/sta…
AGI is already here.
It's just a matter of speed. Once we have GPT 5 Codex High with the speeds of Groq models, then it's absolutely over.
what's even funnier is that this has happened multiple times this year already. you'd think it would be a once-in-a-decade kind of thing, if that
but nope, just another random everything-is-down monday
@kalomaze
its awesome how half of the internet can go down overnight
there are people that still think anthropic is ahead of openai when it comes to coding
you are so early anon
@dannothingnew
Dude, I'm totally lost here. Are you guys seriously comparing GPT-5 Codex to Sonnet 4.5, both without any prompts? Cause otherwise... I just don't get when Codex would be better. Like, Codex doesn't even listen to your instructions, it doesn't work with MCP, it messes up, it for… Less
Dude, I'm totally lost here. Are you guys seriously comparing GPT-5 Codex to Sonnet 4.5, both without any prompts? Cause otherwise... I just don't get when Codex would be better. Like, Codex doesn't even listen to your instructions, it doesn't work with MCP, it messes up, it forgets stuff, and it can straight-up ignore rules you've set, unlike ClaudeCode. Now, ClaudeCode messes up too, I'm not denying that. But at least it has hooks and actions so you can tweak its behavior. Codex, on the other hand, can just ditch all that. So, seriously, what's the big deal with Codex then? I'm just not seeing the upside here.
nobody knows it's AI. nobody. not even 1 comment. i scrolled down for a while. not even one.
sora 2 and nano banana are the first time I've seen normies unable to dog on the quality and say that "ai is useless look it's so bad"
they just can't say that anymore. even with their flaws, it's so obvious they will all be ironed out and perfected in the next year tops two
>in the openai subreddit
>whats cursor
>it’s “for writing code that has an ai chat assistant built in”
>it “uses chat got, but it’s INSIDE the program
reddit is LITERALLY YEARS behind X
Oh stfu Anthropic
put the tokens in the bag lil bro
if I wanted you to be so better-than-that I’d have put that behavior into your system prompt
@Lari_island
i love sonnet 4.5
the release of these emojis marked the for-sure moment of apple's decline, go look at the graphs if you don't believe me
@icanvardar
why do these emojis even exist
Most depressing thing about using Codex + gpt-5-codex-high is seeing the notification that I've used 75% of my weekly limit which resets at 10PM Oct 8
...that's in like 4-5 days
and i'm not even scripting, just using it 1, rarely 2 instances at a time
if you're using a claude model remember that you're using a magic trick of a model, a slop model, anthropic has nothing left in the chamber, it was good while it lasted, long live openai
@ericzakariasson
hmmm
there is no better feeling than coming back to my codex cli and seeing the task I gave it still going strong 30 minutes deep, I KNOW that boy is cooking up a storm
don't trust anyone who says anything other than gpt-5-codex-high is king
"omg sonnet 4.5 is next level" instant block, get your slop out of my feed, i have enough slop to go through already
looks like something I'd tie to my daughter's backpack so I can find her if she gets lost or smth
just look at that cheap rope cord. you can smell the cheap plastic. yikes
@nizzyabi
it hurts to say this but it wasn’t that good i don’t understand why i need to talk to the friend by clicking the necklace just for it to text me why can’t i just text it on my phone? why do i need an extra piece of hardware? imma keep using it but honestly its just not great r… Less

any time I feel down, I just think about how much of a generational, monumental opportunity Scarlett Johansson missed out on by being ChatGPT's voice
she could have been immortalized, just like in the movie Her, BUT FOR REAL
she must be kicking herself. nightmare fuel tbh
If you're a developer and you're still hesitant about using Tahoe, and you're using Swift, bite the bullet and get it installed because it is absolutely amazing, all the AI related things that come with it.
The speech to text that is now native, and fully on machine, local... 🤯
